Nellis security forces Airmen return from Iraq

Approximately 70 members of the 99th Security Forces Group will return home here at 5:15 p.m. today after serving an eight-month deployment in Iraq. Weapons School begins mission employment exercise

The United States Air Force Weapons School began its mission employment graduation exercise here Tuesday. Approximately 80 aircraft from both the Air Force and Navy will participate in the nearly two-week-long event, held on the Nevada Test and Training Range. Eighty-six students from 20 separate combat specialties will take part in the exercise.

Airman's quick action saves a life

Nellis rescue team saves hiker

A combat search and rescue team stationed here rescued a hiker missing in Zion National Park, Utah, Monday. The team consisted of Airmen from the 58th and 66th Rescue Squadrons.
