18 May - The Public Education Foundation is in need
of volunteers (capable of lifting up to 40 lbs) to help sort,
inventory and organize dozens of pallets of books which
will later be sent to local CCSD schools. This project will
be located at a warehouse at 4212 Eucalyptus Ave Las
Vegas NV 89121 (Flamingo and McCleod ) from

for judges for their Science Fair. Judges will use a
simple 5 scale rubric for 5 categories. Flexible times

11 June - 1030-1330 - Nevada Health Centers, Inc.
(NVHC) is in need of volunteers to assist with set up/tear
down and to act as greeters and help with event flow at
their Grand Opening Celebration at the 1799 Mount Mariah
Drive Las Vegas, NV 89106 location. Volunteers must be
able to attend the orientation on 29 May from 1200-1300.
Lunch will be given to volunteers on both dates. NVHCis
a non-profit organization dedicated to provide access to
quality health care throughout Nevada, regardless of ability

AFSA provides a voice for enlisted women and men, both active and retired, and their families. Volunteer opportunities are available at the pharmacies and are also needed to lobby for military quality of life, fundraising for local charity programs and scholarships and to aid in voter registration.
