Nellis enforces new rules for riders.

NELLIS AIR FORCE BASE, Nev. -- Nellis will begin enforcing the new Air Combat Command supplement, requiring all DoD civilian and active duty military members to display the ACC Form 15 decal on the front left portion of an individuals motorcycle to gain access to the base March 31.
