Steven Garland, 99th Air Base Wing commander, signs the official proclamation kicking off the Air Force Assistance Fund campaign for the installation Jan. 26, 2012, at Nellis Air Force Base, Nev. The AFAF is an annual campaign to raise funds for four charitable affiliates that provide support to Air Force families in need.
