8/8/2012 - NELLIS AIR FORCE BASE, Nev. -- The Nellis Pediatric Clinic is hosting additional Sports/School Physical Nights on Aug. 13 and 22. Parents must call the appointment line at 653-CARE(2273) to schedule. These appointments are for routine physicals on children aged 5-17 years only. Providers will not be addressing additional issues or medication refills at those times.
