Senior Airman Scott Strout's supervisor says...
Senior Airman Strout understands what being a complete Airman means. He stays late to get the job done without complaining or looking to be compensated. His technical expertise is beyond his years and a critical asset to the squadron. Senior Airman Strout has been performing NCO duties for a long time now and it was great to see him earn staff sergeant on his first time testing.
